“These flats look awesome but I did have to break them in. They were pretty stiff / uncomfortable coming out of the box. Would recommend ordering a half size up maybe to give yourself a bit more room for comfort.”
“They did take a long time to come but I was expecting it as it was clearly stated in reviews. They are super comfy but the leather take 1-2 wears to soften which is fine considering how many times I have taken shoes to the repairers to have them stretched! I'm genuinely chuffed coz I have spent my whole life trying to find shoes for my unusually wide feet which need insoles. Normally when I remove insoles my orthotics take more room than the original insoles even with removable insoles, leaving me with tight shoes but these are the 1st smart shoes I have found to fit orthotics, I have wide EEE deformed feet and these shoes are still wearable and fashionable too, which is not a small achievement! I'll be back for more, but not just yet as they are very expensive!”
