“I was excited to receive this shoe as I've heard about this company from other folks with foot concerns. I ordered my usual shoe size and I just cannot make this size work. The length is simply too long, regardless of insert, heel cup, custom orthotic, etc. The shoe is just too large. I recently purchased a 37 in a different style and the 37 fits much better and seems to be the correct size. I am disappointed that I will need to keep this shoe that is the incorrect size.”
