“Stunning shoe and the footbed is very comfortable. I bought the surfbird braided leather style in off-white and love the thicker strap compared to the regular surfbird style however the break-in period for me is rough. The side of the shoe hits exactly at my ankle bone and has left my foot scraped up pretty badly after one wear. Customer service has been excellent though and I will be padding the area and hoping that solves the problem and if softens overtime.”

We're sorry to hear the braided leather is causing some discomfort! Leather reacts to heat and pressure, so the more that is applied, the quicker the leather softens and moulds to your foot.
