“Sizing is off their 35 = 6US (not 5-5.5 US). Also the straps that are not adjustable are made for wide feet so shoes fit loose. The soles are for narrow feet so if you have low/no arches they will hang over the side.”

Just for next time, we would suggest using our Gel Inserts if they are feeling a bit wide. These are great to reduce any extra space you may be experiencing! Just in future, if you didn't receive any, please reach out, and we can certainly organise this for you!
Our size 35 reflects a US 5-5.5, but we are sorry the sizing didn't feel quite right!
