Hi Dieu, We are so sorry to hear the straps are causing discomfort! It can often feel like you need to size down in our closed toe shoes when the size is actually spot on! We purposely add length and space to the toe box, so that your toes aren’t being squished in the point as this can lead to more problems and becomes particularly uncomfortable after a short period of time!
