One aspect diabetics have to keep in mind is the tightness at the toe area. We have to make sure the shoe doesn't pinch our feet. I have had sales people sell me leather shoes very similar to this design and was told that the leather would stretch. It never did. I have lost hundreds of dollars due to this situation.”
