“As always, I was impressed with the quality of Bared’s craftsmanship and these are a definitely a beautiful sandal. However, for someone having a narrower, flatter foot, they did not work. Their customer service is amazing and they make it easy to return although it’s a bit of a wait on returns/refunds when you live in the US. I have 2 hesitations on buying more from Bared: my foot is apparently not the standard they are building shoes for & therefore most don’t work. I’ve returned more than I can count. Which leads me to my 2nd reason I hesitate to order more…the long process of ordering, receiving, trying, returning & waiting for a refund can be up to 2 months. It requires me to think waaaay in advance to buy a shoe for an event. However they are very quick about sending out a different size or style if you want that. I absolutely love the Cettia style that I have kept & fits perfectly. If more options were available in this style & fit I would never buy from anyone else.
Overall-I highly recommend this company & even this sandal if you have a little bit more “normal” foot.”
“These are the best shoes I’ve ever bought. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. The only shoes I can wear are typically Birkenstocks and Brooks (With my custom insoles.) these are the first shoes I have bought in the last six years that don’t cost me any pain in my feet. And they are absolutely gorgeous. Love!!!”
