I purchased a pair of shoes that were on sale. Unfortunately they did not fit. I immediately attempted to return them for a full refund. I was told that i can only receive a store credit because the shoes were purchased during a sale - they are now full price again. Also, I never requested or expected to receive the full price - only what I paid for them.
This is really unfortunate, given that good quality, beautiful wide width shoes for women are so hard to come by.”
