“I absolutely love my new shoes. When I first received them, the straps were a little big for me. When I contacted customer service by email, they were extremely helpful. They answered right away, sent me a smaller size of shoes on loan so they did not charge me again and they sent me gel pads for the pair of shoes I already had. When I received a smaller size, they didn’t work as well as my normal size shoe and the gel pads made the normal size shoe fit perfectly. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.
