“These loafers were very comfortable on, however due to the shape of my foot, they kept slipping up from the heel. I brought them into the store and the sales person was super helpful to try to make it work as I really love the design. Unfortunately I decided to return them as my heel issue could not be solved. The customer service is fantastic, I'm sure I'll find another pair with the right fit in the near future.”
