“The colour and size are great however the pad doesn't stay on my shoulder and the buckle to shorten the length of the bag slides down too. My sons bag does the same which is very annoying as I bought his bag as a gift. It's a pity the strap material isn't thicker. I would not recommend or purchase again sadly.”
