“I have been using the small treat bag for about a month.
Points I like:
Very well made and feels like it will last.
Main pouch large enough for treats and a ball.
Great pooh bag dispenser and handy internal pocket for a whistle & hand sanitizer.
One very frustrating point (hence 3 stars rather than 5):
The waist strap is impossible to remove because the loops are too tight to allow the buckles to pass through. So although there is a shoulder strap & a belt hook as alternatives, you are stuck with the waist strap. This seems a surprising design error on an otherwise we’ll-thought out bag.”
“The Perfect dog walking bag. This bag has both a shoulder and waist strap. It has 2 internal compartments for treats and a bag for poo bags. Easy to open and close.”
“The pouch is sturdy and a great size for snacks. Sadly the waist strap didn’t fit me, I am a ladies size 16/18. This was very disappointing, especially for the price, I would have expected it to fit all sizes.”
“While this treat bag is not terrible by any means, I’m finding it to be disappointing in functionality. My biggest gripes are that the lining can’t be turned inside out for easy washing, and that the waist strap can’t be removed.
The first one is a straightforward convenience and hygiene question.
The second I feel is borderline mis-marketing of the bag. I bought it because it had a metal belt clip for super easy attaching, but I’ve never used it because what’s the point if I can’t remove the waist band which is in the way. The attached shoulder strap is super flimsy quality, and I’ve never used it, again, because it’s super inconvenient if I can’t actually remove the waist band to comfortably wear the bag on the shoulder strap only. Ultimately, 2 of the 3 featuring for how to wear this bag I find to be utterly useless.
Having said that, the waist strap IS very comfortable, and I like that it’s wide with a large clip (though it could be longer to accommodate anyone of a larger size, and puffy winter jackets and such). The magnet closing is good and easy to use, and I like that there’s the main pocket as well as a smaller pocket. Easy wash function and water proof fabric, or even a small silicone insert for wet treats would be most welcome.
The poo bag dispenser works well, happy to have that as it’s very convenient.
Ultimately, if you’re getting this bag for the multiple functionality of how to wear it, I’d say look for something else. And if you’re wanting a waist strap / bum bag type treat bag, there’s also better ones out there. This one’s sadly disappointing, but I’ve used it now so will keep and just use as bum bag.”
