“The watchband I bought was uncomfortable to wear. I wrote saying I wanted to return it. The customer relations person asked if I could describe my difficulties with the band which I did in detail. I then got an email saying a new band was being sent to me. I have never received it. Also, I don't know whether the problems I had with the first band were addressed.”
