“The process for exchanging a watchband was easy and the replacement fits well. I'm surprised a return label wasn't supplied to send back the watchband I was returning. I have never received a communication indicating the returned item was received by Barton although I was told I would receive an email.”

“This looks professional and attaches unobtrusively to my watch. Also: the band has enough "holes" so that it fits well—always a problem for me. The finish and detailing are well beyond what the cost of this band would suggest.”

“The strap arrived as advertised, cleanly made, and professionally finished. It is a good looking strap online and in-hand. It is lined, so initial flexibility and comfort benefits from some flexing and manipulation with your hands before mounting it on an Apple watch and bucking up. Comfort is very good and it quickly disappears on your wrist. The buckle is well made also, accurately and evenly stamped, cleanly finished with no sharp edges. Note that the black buckle finish is a semi-gloss and does pick up marks (but I don't actually care because its just a buckle!). The overall width, slight taper and thickness works perfectly on the Apple watch.”
