“Great products. I have several. Communication however is not very good at all, at least in my experience. I have placed an additional order and have had a few sporadic email exchanges without resolution of this additional order. The emails I have sent were very detailed however their replies lead me to belive they didn't read them. Quite a shame really as I would love to add more to my collection but do not need the additional frustration. C'mon Barton, win back my confidence.”
