“This company was initially helpful but has now gone ghost. The watchband I ordered was too wide for the watch, and after a couple of attempts to get a replacement, they decided I needed these adapters instead. They shipped them. I didn't receive. They shipped again. I received but it does not resolve the problem. I've sent pictures. Now they are not responding at all. Do NOT buy from this company.”

“Never received these items… no response after several inquiries. Have a tracking number for shipping but it says only the label was created. I have no expectation of ever seeing this product. It has been 22 days since it was ordered.”

“Never received them and customer service is non-responsive to rectify. This is a system and customer experience problem, not a product problem—but all other avenues to fix this have failed. Thus my review attempt.”
