“I love the color and look of this band, but unfortunately the connector and quick release broke upon initial use, I had reached out 3 separate times to Barton customer service (they are constantly asking for feedback) and I have yet to hear back from anyone, which is disappointing. This is the 4th band I've purchased and have historically been pleased but as the saying goes, you can measure the quality of a company and management during challenging times and so far I've been hugely disappointed in the lack of response.”
