“Would love to write a review on the tool but I never received it. I was in contact with customer service 14 days ago, said they would remail it. Never recived it AGAIN. So far the company seems rather shady and bogus. No real person to talk to either. Wanting a refund, not sure if that will happen either.”

“Received one of the two straps I ordered. The one I received didn't fit my watch (the strap was too thick). Also, the watch tool I received was bent. Tried to order replacements but customer service was so bad I just had them refund me for the strap I didn't get and I ate the cost of the other strap and the watch tool.
Ordered replacements from watchstrap tailor and was really impressed with the quality. A smidge more expensive but way better quality and much better customer service.”

“The tool works according to specifications despite the Awl end seeming a bit wobbly and fragile. Otherwise, it is a good tool to have around. I wish it was sturdy enough to pry a Watch back off to change a Battery, but I'm afraid the tool would break.”
