“The band is exactly what you pay for. After a few weeks of wearing it, it's already started turning tan, I can't say I didn't expect that. The inside is still a little scratchy in spots, but the band overall is holding up well.”
“When I received my 18mm band for my watch it wouldn't fit - I let you know & you sent me another one - I couldn't fit it in either so I brought it into your office - two nice ladies worked on it to try to get it to fit without success - the original band on my watch displays the #18 - the canvas band fits, but the pins seem to be slightly too long. Anyway, thanks for your help, & for replacing the original band. I love your product & will continue shopping at Barton's & encouraging my friends to do so, also. Thanks again. Charlie Vick”
