“When I received my 18mm band for my watch it wouldn't fit - I let you know & you sent me another one - I couldn't fit it in either so I brought it into your office - two nice ladies worked on it to try to get it to fit without success - the original band on my watch displays the #18 - the canvas band fits, but the pins seem to be slightly too long.
