At first, I thought, "Oh, why did I get two of these--no way can it be that easy to swap them out." But it is! And the pins are as secure as any watch band pins I have ever seen! It was much more difficult to get the original leather band off the Citizen watch. And now I've got "the look" that I was originally looking for--very basic and functional, and easy to read.
