“Although I was not able to use the 18mm width, it is a quality strap and I am attempting to replace it with the proper width for my watch. In the mean time, I have ordered/exchanged for another strap to be used on a different watch. My experience with the Barton products will allow me to continue to order and use their straps. I have also found through this exchange/replacement experience that the customer service is 'top-notch'.”
“I ordered the band in size 20mm but received a size 18mm. I contacted Barton and they had the correct size on the way the same day. The customer service was excellent. I love your bands but I really want to say how much your customer service means. Thank you.”
“Much more comfortable than the silicone bands that garmin sells. However, the pin does not hold the watch firmly in place. My watch fell off 3 times by getting caught in my coat, luckily each time I found it before it was lost for good. So sadly I can't use this band. Not sure if it's because the pin is a tiny bit too short, or the spring is not stiff enough, or something about friction between the canvas and the pin.”
