“The first strap like this that Barton sent me was defective, the quick release tab of one of the spring bars broke off. I wrote to Barton about it, and within days I received a replacement strap. That was excellent customer service. All the straps I have purchased from Barton have been well-made and fairly priced. It's a good company with a really good product line and excellent customer support.”
