“I ordered a certain color band and just after I placed order I noticed I should have ordered a different color to match the color of my watch. Later, Barton recovered the email about the change and even sent me the other color anyway. Excellent service.”
“I ordered a 22mm but was shipped a 21mm. If the ordered size isn't available having the next size up insures a more snug fit. Too much of a hassle to return.”
