“I bought three colors of this same band. At least twice a day, each of the three bands (I tried each one so I was being fair) snaps off and my Very expensive watch goes crashing to the ground. Luckily, no damage to the face. I am super disappointed. To make matters worse, I called today and the staff person was not effective (repeated my name three times, repeated the account number twice and she still couldn’t find the three I just bought all together on 2/11) and so I eventually just ended the call. I used to live in Austin and I love shopping locally even though I’m not there and I especially hate to say anything not supportive of you guys right now but these are terrible. The colors are nice but the band is like putting a stick around your wrist b/c they are so rigid. I’m disappointed bc that $65 should really be worth something somewhat more helpful.”
