“Very disappointed with quality control. the stitching was coming undone the moment it came out of the packaging. Otherwise it’s a nice looking strap for the price but I won’t be putting it on my watches put it in the garbage and won’t be getting any other straps. Just received an EMail from Barton customer service apologizing for my defective band and informing me that they are sending me a replacement. I did not request this. At the very least they have excellent customer service. I will further update this review once I receive it.”

“Disappointed as I received the wrong watch band type! I ordered canvas and you sent me leather type. I have emailed to your customer service about this but no reply. Giving me no confidence to shop at Barton as this is the second time I received the wrong watch band type.”

“I really liked this band. I would like to buy 3 more in different colors. BUT, the shipping and customer service at Barton is atrocious! It is so bad as to be almost unbelievable. I will never under any circumstance give them another penny of my money.”
