“I ordered the khaki watchband as pictured above, 6th from the left. What I got was the light pale one, far left above. Since my old dive watch band, made of rubber, was cracking, I had to use the one you sent. Anyway that's the reason for the less than perfect rating. I’m happy with the Brand’s attention and customer service and for the offer of another choice. I would like to try the black canvas 22mm. Otherwise I like the products for replacing my old band. Since I upgraded my rating to 5 , I haven’t heard another word about the offer to replace the band which was the wrong color. I did succumb to the advertising and ordered a silicone band for the $5 off. There was no path offered to the free replacement process.”

“The bands are great from Barton’s! The issue is about 20% of the time that I order from them there’s a problem, wrong size shipped or not shipped at all ext… To Barton’s credit they have always made it right. I guess it’s more annoying than anything else.”
