“Wanted an inexpensive canvas strap for one my Panerai. After shopping around, I deceided to give one from Barton a go. I just received it yesterday, took it out of the package and put it right back in. While I wasn't expecting to receive a 4MM thick double rolled canvas, I wasn't expecting stiff & paper thin either. This would look ridiculous on a 44MM watch. The material looks and feels like cardboard and the spring bars are flimsly. Needless to say I'm returning it. I'm sure these are fine for lower end watches, but I think I'll just stick to custom straps instead.”
