“I wanted a canvas band for a 19mm watch but Barton only offers 18 and 20. I called customer service and was directed to order a 20mm as the canvas band is soft and would compress easily into the narrower flange, and to include a special instruction with my order that it be prepared with 19mm spring bars. Product was shipped the next day and arrived promptly, fit is perfect. Will definitely order another in different color - great product AND service!”

“The overall quality is really good and the strap look really sporty and good looking. It makes the watch look better than with my previous straps (a rubber diving strap). Only bad point, which has nothing to do with the stap itsefl: I'm living in europe and the delivery is really long (about three weeks between order and delivery).”

“You guys have a fantastic product. I bought a crafted canvas watchband and love the quality, appearance, and ease of changing the band. The built in quick attach/detach lugs are a great idea and work really well. I'll be looking to add watchbands for differing occasions in the future. The standout aspect of my purchase was the customer service. There was a mix up with my order and somehow it ended up in Florida instead of Texas. The guys at Barton immediately shipped a replacement to me no questions asked. Awesome way to treat customers... as a result, I'll be purchasing from Barton again.”

“Having bought 2 , 9 months ago , I’ve just bought another 2 . Very pleased with them but not pleased to have to pay import tax that I wasn’t warned about . Never had to pay previously so bit of a shock . Ended up being very expensive straps !”
