“My first order from Barton arrived with a broken quick-release pin. Oddly, the problem was very apparent and I'm surprised the strap passed QC inspection. They replaced it quickly and with no hassle. The new band looks good and stylishly robust, wears comfortably, and seems well-made. My only suggestion is to consider providing a size option with a sllighlty longer short (buckle) end of the strap to make it sit more evenly on the wrist. I have a 7.5" wrist, so this may just be me. Overall, nice functional band, and great customer service from Felix.”
