“It’s hard to review an item you have not received yet. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Probably worse than any DMV in the nation. It’s been 20 days since my order “shipped” still no watch band. Ordering from you guys was a huge mistake.”

“I love the quick change out functionality. Its so much easier than the regular old style pins used. My ONLY issue with the canvas bands is how they aren't as easy to clean and don't look as good after several cleanings as the silicone bands. My biggest issue with the silicone bands is how easy it is to catch the band on something and its flexibility allows the pin to come out of the clasp allowing the watch to come off your wrist and not noticing thats happened. I've lost one higher end watch that way and also lost but found another one which is how I know how that happened. The silicone bands need a small non flexible tube to not allow the flex there.”
