“These are attractive bands, and I have ordered a couple of them, but they have turned out to be unsatisfactory. The problem is that the silicone never really adapts to the shape of my wrist. It wants to stay straight.
The keepers don't help matters since the fixed loop stays close to the buckle, and the free loop is pushed back towards the buckle as the free end of the long strap straightens itself over time. That leaves a good portion of the long end waving around in space. This is a problem for users with smaller wrists. If two long ends were included, one regular length and one short length, things wouldn't look as bad.
This was less of a problem for all-silicone Burton bands that came with two different length long pieces. I have a few of those, but find them less comfortable to wear than leather or fabric.
I think that my hybrid bands will end up in the trash bin.”
