“One of the strangest transactions ever. The strap is advertised in 2 sizes: "'Standard length fits wrists 5" to 8". Long length fits wrists 7" to 9".‚'" I ordered standard for my 7.5" wrist. I received 3 strap halves, with 2 different lengths for the half with the holes. However, neither length was long enough for my wrist. I also found the strap thin and cheap feeling.
I called customer service at the 512 (Austin, TX) area code on your website, and got someone in another country who could barely speak English and could not understand me. I tried a second call, but had the same problem. I never got an answer to my question about what exactly was sent to me and why it didn't fit. Instead, I got a quick refund. 2 stars for getting full refund and not having to return the strap, although that disagreed with the email from Barton saying my refund would have $3 deducted for shipping.”
