“The strap is fine but it took forever to get here. I wrote at least three emails inquiring about the tracking number and ended up talking to a moron that wouldn't send the two seconds needed to read my messages so he could actually help me! There is lots of companies selling watch straps I wouldn't be using Barton from here on in.”
“My bad but measuring difficult. I feel like three bears. The first 19 mm was too small. Measured again. 21 mm too big. I do not have the heart to try again. I now have three cute little worthless straps sitting by my right hand. 2 x 21 mm ( one leather ) and 1x19 ( silcone?)
