“I’m very happy that Barton started making the Elite Silicone bands in 24mm widths. My old watch band was giving me a rash and this one immediately fixed that. It’s also very classy looking, fits great, and the little strap retainers work better than anything I’ve seen before. The one problem I have with it is that the quick release spring bars seem to be either smaller or not as strong as my last watch band. This results in the watch popping off the band when it gets caught on things like jacket sleeves. This seems to happen every week or so.”

“I have no complaints about the construction of the strap. Good quality and soft. However, with my Seiko Samurai there seems to be a lot of play in the lug holes. This could be due to the drilled lug holes? And before I get shot down, yes I bought the right size strap for the lug width.”
