“Two things. First, the watch band looks and feels great on a new black case dive watch I recently purchased. Better than the thick rubber strap that it came with. The quality is top notch too. Second, Barton's customer service is excellent. I ordered the watch band and it was sent from Dallas to the western suburbs of Chicago in two days and then it went into Post Office purgatory. After 10 days, I called Barton and told them what happened, they also noticed it hadn't been delivered and promptly sent me another one by priority mail for free which I received within a few days. Even though it wasn't their fault, they stepped up and took care of the customer which is awesome, to say the least. Great company and yes I will send the other one back if it ever gets out of Post Office hell.”
