“I am writing to thank you for the quality of your Elite Silicone watch straps. Very nicely made, and very easy to swap out straps with the installed quick release spring bars. As to your customer service, I had an issue with an accessory I also purchased. One email to you resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction without any further effort on my part. Excellent customer service. With nearly 8" wrists the longer straps are just long enough. I have no use for a second keeper on the strap - easy enough to remove. For me, the long strap could be even a bit (one cm) longer. You could also offer more colorful variants of these straps. I would suggest: Yellow bottom / Pumpkin Orange top, and the reverse: Pumpkin Orage top / Yellow bottom I could then buy one of each and wear half of each band with the other for a very colorful watch strap. (This from someone who started with a Cool Gray strap.) Regards, Mark Sulloway”

“I love the elite silicone cool grey strap. The short version included fits my 6.5" wrist wonderfully and the keeper system Barton developed works great. The silicon is soft and flexible. The strap holds the watch perfectly steady and it feels great on the wrist. 5/5 will buy again.”
