“Hey, so I am not happy with this company at the moment. My first order of two straps never came, and then I had to re-order. So, they came and didn't fit on my watch (that is on me). So, it's a $40 order and y'all won't let me return it because you're saying the cost for shipping outweighs the return value?? That's not true. Please arrange for me to return these two straps or I'll have no choice but to share my experience online. Thank you - Drew”
