I contacted them to ask how I would go about returning it, and to my complete surprise, they informed me, that they would give me a complete refund, but that it wasn’t necessary for me to return it. I was extremely pleased, not only with the customer service, but this wasn’t addressed immediately, and resolved within minutes. I have purchased several bands from them previously, and needless to say, would do so again. What a pleasure to deal with.”
