I do need to compliment BWB on their fantastic customer service. I contacted BWB a few days after placing my order because i feared the shipment was stalled - it wasn't progressing through the postal system. Without asking a question they shipped a new band out to me the next day and it has arrived in time for Christmas. They didn't have to do this, but it is the mark of a great customer service program! I will definitely shop here again. P.S. the original shipment turned out to be lost in the mail.”
