“Had to take out the quick releace and put regular pins to fit.The quick releace was a bit to long.I tried trimming the rubber only to find out it is the pins.I wish you offered the band without the quick disconect. So the one side dosent looked trimmed.Thank you”
Hi Peter, thanks for the feedback! While we love our quick-release system, we know some folks prefer the traditional route. For future reference, you can usually pop those quick-release bars out with a pair of needle-nose pliers to swap in your own pins without having to trim the rubber. Sorry for the 'trimmed' look on this one, but we appreciate the support!
“I spend a lot of time on, in, and around water. This band takes the wet in stride. This isn't the first Barton band I've had and they all have met my expectations!”
Dennis, it sounds like you're putting that Elite Silicone to the ultimate test! We’re thrilled it’s taking the wet in stride and living up to the expectations you’ve come to have for Barton over the years. Cheers!
“I love the color and flexibility of this band. So much better than those that require break in, like sailcloth or combination rubber/leather bands I also have, but don’t use often. I really like that Barton adds a 2nd length. I use the shorter one, as it fits better, but could use either. Good that the holes are spaced close for better adjustment as wrist expands and contracts, too.”
That's exactly why we include both lengths—nobody likes a 'one size fits most' that doesn't actually fit! We're glad the flexibility and the hole spacing are working out for your wrist, Craig.
Hi Greg! That’s exactly why we include two lengths—to make sure you get that perfect fit without the extra cost. Glad the Navy Blue Elite Silicone is working out so well for you!
