Barton customer support is fantastic - I incorrectly ordered a 22mm watch strap based on incorrect information, which was too narrow. I then determined that I needed a 23mm version - so I emailed Barton customer support explaining my problem. They popped two 23mm straps in the mail (black and blue) which fit perfectly and I dropped off the 22mm in the mail - truly a no hassle experience!
I should mention that I have now purchased 12 straps from Barton which is a testament to my satisfaction with their products.
