“I screwed up and didn't read the last bid, got on the wrong page somehow and got the wrong band the first time. These guys took care of me via text, no sweat on my part. I can't give enough credit on here for their customer care. They even sent a text to make sure things went well, I didn't have to look for a place to find help. If you're thinking of a band, and see what you like, don't worry about customer care, that's for certain.”

“I loved my Barton black rubber watch band. It had 2 tail straps and the longer one was perfect. This band is much shorter and difficult to wear even with the longer tail strap. It's 3/4" shorter than my black band. I have a large wrist and the orange band wasn’t available in long. Barton’s customer service reached out to fix it. Customer service is the bomb! Bands are excellent”
