To Barton's credit, this was promptly resolved by Customer Service who were very apologetic and super responsive in correcting the mix-up (a second time) so my replacement could be sent ASAP. Admittedly the processing is always good but the delivery updates are super sketchy, sometimes going weeks with no movement, only to find my order delivered when tracking tells me it hasn't left the US? Responsive follow-up after initial wrong item sent and excellent value as always, my Elite Silicone was the perfect compliment for my Seiko Solar Prospex SNE537P1. Just need to get some of the logistics ironed out for a 5-star rating!”
