Hi Brittney, we’re sorry the 12mm was thinner than you expected! 12mm is a very narrow width typically intended for smaller watches. I see our team reached out via email and has already sent you the correct size band—we hope the new one is exactly what you were looking for!
“Very disappointed. I ordered three straps, all 22mm. What arrived was two at 18mm and one at 12mm.
I went back to check my original order and found the above measurements, very strange.
So, I have just ordered four more, all 22mm.
The issue I have found is the Shopping Cart. I had to close the site and re-open three times to get the right product.
The fact that Dallas, Texas is a long way from Auckland, New Zealand only added to my frustration.
I am sure the next delivery will be accurate.
Please take a look at your shopping cart, it does get manipulated when your pop-up specials arrive, unable to return to the original order.
