“Beyond expectations and I am totally delighted by the Barton watch band. In fact, I originally ordered a 22mm band which was the wrong size (I measured incorrectly) and the return/exchange was simple, smooth, and fast! The replacement band arrived before I returned the original!! The Barton product is better than advertised and I purchased a toffee brown alligator band to have on hand to switch on the same watch as the black alligator band! I'm very please with my purchases and Barton operating procedures. Clearly a well managed and organized company!”

“I was expecting this strap to be a little more thicker/chunkier then what it actually was. having said this, I guess this price should have given it away? It would have helped if the images on the website were better, and possibly more specs other than length?
All in all, for the price its a reasonable strap, but unfortunately not what I was looking for!”
“After the Post Office got my Barton Watch band order within throwing distance of my home and then decided to lose the package, Barton was able to replace the order immediately without me even asking. This was my second order since I already love their watch bands. It's the best way to make a nice watch seem like two watches. Actually, 3, if you count the sport band I bought last time. If only the USPS had stepped up to the plate and admitted they dropped the ball. Thnx Barton.”
