The color of the trap was lighter (not coffee) than it appeared on the web and embosing was second-rate--looks chaep! Worst of all the straps were NOT supple at all. They are so stiff as to be difficult to even shape to your wrist. I have purchased many watch bands and these are NOT worth the price.”

I emailed customer service about the need for the exchange and they immediately sent the correct band with instructions to return the first band at my convenience. Thanks for making it so easy. Barton was also the only company that I found that could replace a rose gold band for my Orvis watch. Orvis does not sell replacements. You have to buy a new watch!”
