“I ordered a watch band on December 9. I have not received it yet as of today, January 11. In the meantime, I have received at least 21 emails from Barton trying to get me to buy other stuff.
Today I also got an email asking me to rate my purchase. How could I possibly give my purchase a good rating if I have not received it?
I checked my order page on the Barton website, and it says that "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready." And UPS has no estimated delivery date.
I get that with Omicron, things are delayed. But why ask me to rate my purchase if you haven't sent it?”
