“I would love to add photos of the band I ordered, but it never arrived, despite the claims of delivery by ups. Barton was great in sending me a replacement, but again ups sent me emails saying that it was ‘on the way’ etc, until I got emails (both times) that they had ‘attempted delivery but I was not home’. Both times this was not true! (Once the delivery was supposedly at 1am!). So then it was supposedly ‘delivered to a post office’, yet 3-4 trips each time to my local post office yielded no package. Even a visit to the newsagent in case it went there as an independent parcel was fruitless. The tracking numbers don’t work internationally, nor do the contact options for ups. I believe that Barton sent the band and the replacement, but I think ups owns two bands now, somewhere in their system, and probably claiming that they were ‘unclaimed’. It’s ups I’d love to review, badly, IF I could contact them! I definitely can’t. I’ve given up - too stressful.”

“I never saw the band, due to repeated failure of the ups postal service to deliver it, despite getting tracking emails saying it was delivered, or attempted delivery and then delivered to local post office. 3 or 4 of these emails (when I had been home!) and numerous phone calls later, still no strap. Well-intentioned company, but don’t buy if outside the USA. So sorry.”
