“I ordered this from Barton directly, received confirmation, and when my order arrived the shipping sheet confirmed 22mm Long Alligator in Navy Blue but I received 20mm Long. When I called to straighten this out the agent I spoke to did not relay this to the appropriate department. I received an email asking what my issue was and I provided pictures and info and was given an email with a tracking number for the replacement and offering I keep the 20mm. Barton is not to blame for the delay in shipping from my order to receiving the actual product I ordered was 23 days. As for the actual product review... Barton is one of the few companies making affordable LONG straps. I enjoy the look of the Navy Blue on the Hamilton X-Wind Auto I purchased it for. The band is a bit stiff due to the leather being so thick. This causes the watch to wear on the wrist bone. Hopefully this will wear in well and flatten out.”
